Lindsay Lohan's New Man?

Sometimes a girl just gotta treat herself to a little pampering and some shopping. And that's exactly what Lindsay Lohan was until yesterday evening.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted Ron Herman carrying a bag after spending some time at Fred Segal in West Hollywood. Earlier in the evening, LiLo was observed at the Chris McMillan salon in Beverly Hills.

And rumor has it that "Mean Girls" is perhaps the actress all gussied up for her new man. The only problem is, comrades Hollywood bad girl Paris Hilton may be fuming about it.

The word around the campfire is that proverbial Lindsay Lohan resumed where the "Simple Life" starlet left with "Entourage" star Adrian Grenier, having been seen on several dates with him. A source told the press, "Since their relationship is new, they want to keep things as private as possible."

Despite their efforts to stay under the radar, Lindsay Lohan and Grenier were seen in each other's company at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge this past Wednesday. Lindsay may explain how she ended up with three guys Italian in a weekend!
